Former presidential press secretary Joseph Tamale Mirundi has revealed shocking secrets about fallen Goodlyfe singer Moses Nakintije Sekibogo famously known as Mowzey Radio.

Three years after Radio’s death, Tamale Mirundi has come out to reveal that there is a certain group of people that was so interested in the singer’s death to the extent that they even stole the clothes he died in.

Mirundi, who was speaking during a talk-show at Impact FM on Friday evening, said that the people he refers to as Mafias approached several musicians and promised to back them up if they contested for political offices.

“They approached Bobi Wine, Chameleone, Mayinja and others promising to support them if they joined politics. That’s why many of them joined parliament. But Radio refused. His death was so mysterious, that is why they even stole the clothes he died in. They don’t want you to know that,” Mirundi said.

He added that; “Mowzey Radio refused to join them and that is what brought trouble for him.”

Celebrated vocalist, songwriter and singer Mowzey Radio, who was one of Uganda’s finest talents in the music industry, became famously known for singing under the Goodlyfe crew with Douglas Mayanja aka Weasel, until his death on February 1, 2018.

Radio died following injuries he reportedly sustained after he got involved in a fight at De Bar night club in Kitooro, Entebbe, with a bouncer identified as Godfrey Wamala aka Troy.

Troy was later in October 2019 sentenced to 14 years in jail by Entebbe High Court Justice Jane Abodo after he was convicted on charges of manslaughter.
