News coming in indicates that Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine, the National Unity Platform (NUP) Presidential candidate, has been blocked by the police from entering Namisindwa District, where he was slated to hold campaigns today.
The police officers who did not reveal why they couldn’t allow Bobi Wine and his team to proceed mounted a roadblock and cut off traffic from either side of the road.
