Despite her envy-inducing job which makes her smile all the way to the bank at the end of every month, it seems celebrated journalist Nancy Kacungira has not forgotten her humble roots.
The dark-skinned beauty on Tuesday used her official Facebook page to ask less experienced journalists who follow her on social media to ask her questions about professional TV presenting and news reporting.
Her followers posed all sorts of questions and others used the opportunity to let her know how they feel about her work.
Hours later, probably after leaving work, the former NTV news anchor and Kola Dumor Award winner 2015 took time to answer almost all the questions and share tips about professional journalism with her followers who have a passion for the media.
Nancy Kacungira is a Ugandan presenter and reporter at BBC News. She presented Focus on Africa from 2017 to January 2019 and World Business Report on BBC World News.
After a stint presenting World News Today in August 2018, she became the main presenter at 7pm weekdays and 9pm weekends from September 2019 on BBC Four, BBC News Channel and BBC World News, and has presented In Business Africa since January 2019.
Since the beginning of June 2020, she began presenting most of the evening output two in three weekends, on both [BBC News Channel] and BBC World News. Including the second half of BBC News at Ten on Friday and Saturday.
