Our Moles reveal that Rwakanuma resigned his job at State House such that he could contest as NRM flagbearer for Isingiro West MP seat in the 2021 election, but miserably lost, something that left him feeling very dejected.

However, his close friends intimate that  what is depressing Rwakanuma most is that he lost his job and lost the election, yet he had allegedly acquired loans to bankroll his campaigns, meaning that things have since turned from bad to worse for him.

This is because he has no job, no source of income, yet  the man is heavily indebted, hence he is caught up between a rock and a hard place.

We are thus told that he has since decided to bury his stress and depression in bottles of booze and bevies of babes in Mbarara hangouts, where he is whiling away his time these days.

Rwakanuma is married to Allen Karungi, one of the most gorgeous bankers in Uganda, although she never featured much during his campaign trail.

Rwakanuma is son of Maj. Steven Rwakanuma, a former National Resistance Army (NRA) bush war hero, who was arrested  a few months back for allegedly possessing a fire arm that is not engraved, as per standing UPDF orders, among other charge.
