Denmark based Ugandan musician Heather Nanteza has released a new collabo with singer cum producer Andrew Ojambo aka Daddy Andre titled ‘Mbipambana’.
Thanks to Heather and Daddy Andre’s musical capability their project ‘Mbipambana’, which is both a love song and a dancehall tune, is bound to become a sure hit.
Heather is a singer, songwriter and philanthropist based in Denmark, who has a degree in Mass Communication and has worked as a journalist before.
She began singing at a tender age but decided to go professional in 2018 when she started working on her debut album ‘Self Love.’
Heather’s album ‘Self Love’ consists of motivational songs like ‘Beauty Meter’, ‘Let Me know’, ‘Tukumbe’ among others.
Her single ‘Let Me Know’ was selected by Denmark’s DR Karrierekanonen to be the ‘Ugens konon’ and was recommended to be played on Barometeret on P3 og debut on P6 Beat.
Besides singing however, Heather is also a dancer with Motomoto Entertainers, a dance group that specialises in African traditional dances.
She has over time performed within and outside Denmark and has shared stages with international stars like Morgan Heritage, Awilo Longomba and Sauti soul.
She has also performed on festivals like Panafest , Wakawaka festival, Aabenraa kulturfest, African unity festival , among others.
Currently, Heather is the charity ambassador for To Love the Children, an organisation that Advocates Gender Equity and Equality for all girls through Education.
