Popular city businessman Hajji Musa Senyondo, the proprietor of Nabugabo Updeal, a city garbage collection company, is no more, after he breathed his last on Saturday.
According to family sources, Hajji Senyondo was rushed to Rubaga Hospital towards the end of last week after developing high blood pressure and heart complications, but unfortunately he was unable to return home alive.
Senyondo started up Nabugabo Updeal together with three other city businessmen a few years ago but it has since grown into one of the biggest garbage collecting company in Kampala Arcades and the city at large.
Indeed, with Nabugabo Updeal Venture, we could aptly say that; one man’s junk could be another one’s cash.
Such is the case of four partners who indulged into the once despised job of collecting garbage and made a kill for it after scooping contracts from the Kampala Capital City Authority to clean the city.
The four directors of the company include; Late Senyondo Abu Musa (chairman), Kayiza Bukanso (vice chairman), Kirumira Kalule (director) and Abu Ssonko (director and PRO), who are childhood friends and have been in this business for the last 23 years.
Details about Senyondo’s burial shall be communicated subsequently by the family and we shall bring you the developments.
