We have however learnt that several prominent people  who include politicians, celebrities, clergymen and women among others are expected  to attend Yiga’s burial and among them is Bobi Wine.

It is for that reason that the police have deployed heavily at the ceremony, to ensure that politicians do not politicise Pastor Yiga’s burial and that all mourners adhere to the Ministry of Health Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), so that they don’t expose themselves to risks  of contracting COVID-19.

However, by press time the police had allowed Bobi Wine to access the church and speak to the throng of mourners that gathered to give Yiga the final send-off.
