Ugandan leader President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is set to deliver a national address tomorrow, Wednesday July 27th, 2022, during which he will speak to the nation about various matters.
The Presidential Address, which will be aired on all radio and TV stations in the country, has since been confirmed by by the Senior Presidential Press Secretary Lindah Nabusayi Wamboka, who tweeted thus on Tuesday afternoon; “@KagutaMuseveni will address the Nation tomorrow July 27, 2022 at 8pm, from Nakasero State Lodge #IssuesOfNationalImportance The address will be broadcast live from all TVs and Radios….”
It should however be noted that this presidential address comes barely a week after Museveni delivered the last national address, during which he told Ugandans to brace for tougher times because there is nothing the government can do about the skyrocketing commodity prices.
During his last national address, Museveni said government interventions by cutting taxes or subsidies would mislead the people to continue to consume without economizing, thereby plunging the country into more danger.
