City businessman Rajiv Ruparelia, the Managing Director of the Ruparelia Group of Companies, seems to have embraced a new passion; biking.

Our Moles reveal that these days whenever he gets free time, especially during weekends, he links up with his buddies who are bikers and they hit the road.

Rajiv was over the weekend spotted by our Moles in Kololo with a group of fellow bikers as they prepared to set off for a friendly race.

Moles reveal that ever since the motocross calendar was suspended this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Rajiv, who is a champion rally driver, has resorted to expressing his passion for speed by riding his monster motorbike.

We are told that sometimes he rides as far as Jinja or Entebbe together with his pals whenever they want to enjoy some merrymaking.

Before the COVID-19 outbreak, Rajiv, who drives the Volks Wagen Polo, had already exhibited outstanding performance in Uganda’s motorsport after giving legendary rally drivers like Ponsiano wakataka, Ronald Sebuguzi, Arthur Blick and others a bloody race to the finishing line.
