Uncertainty Looms As Uganda Musicians Association Presidential Debate Flops

We can ably reveal that the much-awaited Presidential Debate that was meant to precede the elections for the Uganda Musicians Association has flopped.

The Presidential Debate, which was meant to be some sort of reasoning benchmark on which voters would base to elect the most mentally capable UMA president, had been scheduled to be held today, April 30th, 2022, at the National Theatre but for reasons best known UMA they have since been postponed it to a yet to be announced date.

The flop was confirmed by UMA on Saturday morning by UMA when they tweeted thus; “Greetings, we apologize for the change in dates for our Elections Presidential Debate that was earlier scheduled & Communicated to happen today! Due to unavoidable circumstances, we had to push the debate to a further date that we shall announce soon.”

The Presidential Debate was meant to also be some sort of litmus test for who is the best choice for the UMA presidency amongst the three candidates who include;  Cinderella Sanyu aka Cindy, Manisul Ssemanda aka King Saha and Mutebi Ramathan aka Lord Bitemu.

The flopping of the Presidential Debate has however  left a lot of uncertainty looming about the upcoming elections, because they will have to transpire without voters  being given a chance to test the leadership skills of their next  Association President.
